NATALIE SCHMITT, Appellee On Appeal from the 189th District Court Harris County, Texas Trial Court Case No. 2021-67445 MEMORANDUM OPINION Appellant Kendra Salazar, PA-C filed a motion asserting that she no longer desires to prosecute her appeal and requesting that this Court dismiss the appeal. More than ten days have passed since the motion’s filing and no party filed an opposition. See TEX. R. APP. P. 10.1(a)(5), 10.3(a). No cross appeal has been filed and no opinion has issued. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(c). Accordingly, we grant Appellant’s motion and dismiss the appeal. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a)(1), 43.2(f). We dismiss any pending motions as moot.
