Opinion issued September 13, 2022 In The Court of Appeals For The First District of Texas ———————————— NO. 01-22-00556-CV ——————————— IN RE RAMESH KAPUR D/B/A AIC MANAGEMENT, Relator Original Proceeding on Petition for Writ of Mandamus MEMORANDUM OPINION Relator Ramesh Kapur d/b/a AIC Management filed a petition for writ of mandamus asking this Court to order Respondent, the Honorable Brittanye Morris, to set aside her order dated May 25, 2022 granting Real Party in Interest’s motion for judgment nunc pro tunc.1 1 The underlying case is Wilcrest Park Townhomes Owners’ Association, Inc. v. Ramesh Kapur d/b/a AIC Management, Nicia Vitorino and Marina Riente, Cause No. 2019-03530, pending in the 333rd District Court of Harris County, Texas, the Honorable Brittanye Morris presiding. We deny the petition for writ of mandamus. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(a).
