MEMORANDUM OPINION 1 By petition for writ of mandamus, relator, Mark Feinhandler, challenges the trial court’s November 18, 2009 and December 21, 2009 orders requiring production of income tax returns for the years 2006, 2007, and 2008.

The underlying case is Mark Feinhandler v. Colony Builders, Inc., No. 2009-41660, in the 11th Judicial District Court of Harris County, Texas, the Hon. Michael White, presiding.
We deny the petition for writ of mandamus. All outstanding motions are overruled as moot.
