See TEX. R. CIV. P. 202. Citing Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 42.1(a)(2), the parties move to dismiss the appeal, vacate the trial court’s orders without regard to the merits, and remand this case to the trial court for rendition of judgment in accordance with the parties’ agreement. We grant the motion to the extent we vacate the trial court’s orders without regard to the merits and remand the case to the trial court for rendition of judgment in accordance with the agreement. See TEX. R. APP.
