MEMORANDUM OPINION

Opinion By Justice Myers
 
By letter dated March 14, 2012, the Court notified appellants
the Dallas County Clerk had informed us that the clerk's record had been
prepared but appellants had not paid for the record. We directed
appellants to provide the Court, within ten days, either verification
the clerk's record had been paid for or that appellants were entitled to
proceed without payment for the record. We cautioned appellants that
failure to provide such verification might result in dismissal of the
appeal. To date, appellants have not provided verification the clerk's
record has been paid for or that they are entitled to proceed without
payment, and have not otherwise communicated with the Court.
Therefore, we dismiss the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P.
42.3(b),(c).
