Original Proceeding from the 256th Judicial District Court
Dallas County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. 10-02825
.............................................................
MEMORANDUM OPINION
Before Justices Bridges, Richter, and Murphy
Opinion by Justice Murphy

Relator contends the trial court erred in denying her plea to the jurisdiction. The facts and issues are well known to the parties, so we need not recount them herein. The First Amended Petition in Suit Affecting the Parent-Child Relationship, upon which this petition for writ of mandamus was based, has been nonsuited. The issues presented in this original proceeding are therefore moot, and we cannot grant the requested relief. See Dow Chem. Co. v. Garcia, 909 S.W.2d 503, 505 (Tex. 1995) (orig. proceeding). We DISMISS relator's petition for a writ of mandamus and DENY relator's motion for emergency stay.
