MEMORANDUM OPINION
Before Justices FitzGerald, Murphy, and Fillmore

On September 27, 2010, appellant filed a letter informing the Court that it had mistakenly filed a notice of appeal with this Court. After filing the notice of appeal, appellant realized that this Court does not have jurisdiction to hear an appeal from an associate judge's ruling on standing. We treat appellant's letter as a motion to dismiss the appeal. We grant appellant's motion to dismiss the appeal.
Accordingly, we dismiss this appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(1).
