MEMORANDUM OPINION
Before Justices FitzGerald, Lang-Miers, and Murphy
Opinion by Justice Lang-Miers
Relator contends the trial judge erred in failing to rule on his petition for writ of habeas corpus. The facts and issues are well known to the parties, so we need not recount them herein. The relief requested by relator has been granted. Therefore, we conclude that we cannot provide relator with the relief he seeks and that the issues presented in this petition are moot. Accordingly, we DISMISS relator's petition for a writ of mandamus.
ELIZABETH LANG-MIERS
JUSTICE
