MEMORANDUM OPINION
Before Justices Bridges, Francis, and Lang
On September 16, 2010, the Court granted the motion of appellant's counsel to withdraw. We ordered appellant to notify the Court, within thirty days, of the name, State Bar number, address, and telephone number of new counsel. We reminded appellant that because it is a corporation, it could not proceed without counsel, and warned that failure to comply with our order would result in dismissal of the appeal. See Kunstoplast of Am., Inc. v. Formosa Plastics Corp., 937 S.W.2d 455, 456 (Tex. 1996) (per curiam). To date, appellant has neither notified the Court of the information concerning new counsel nor otherwise communicated with the Court regarding the appeal. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal.
