MEMORANDUM OPINION
Before Chief Justice Wright and Justices O'Neill and Myers
        By letter dated June 28, 2010, the Court notified appellant that her brief was overdue. We directed appellant to file her brief and an extension motion within ten days, and warned that failure to comply would result in dismissal of the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(a)(1). To date, appellant has neither filed a brief nor otherwise communicated with the Court regarding her appeal.   See Footnote 1  Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal.

Footnote 1 The parties were ordered to mediation on May 20, 2010. That order, however, did not stay the deadline for filing appellant's brief. Rather, the order set the deadline for mediation at no later than forty-five days after appellant's brief is filed.
