MEMORANDUM OPINION
Before Justices Morris, FitzGerald, and Francis
By letter dated December 11, 2009, the Court notified appellant that her brief was overdue. We directed appellant to file, within ten days, both her brief and an extension motion. We warned that failure to comply would result in dismissal of the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(a), 42.3. To date, appellant has neither filed her brief nor otherwise communicated with the Court regarding her appeal. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(a), 42.3(b).
