MEMORANDUM OPINION

        On October 21, 2010, the parties to this appeal filed an Agreed Motion to Vacate Trial Court's Judgment and Dismiss Case. In the motion, the parties advise the Court that they have reached an agreement to settle all matters in dispute between them. The parties request that we vacate the trial court's judgment and dismiss the appeal.
        We GRANT the parties' motion, VACATE the trial court's April 22, 2009 judgment, and DISMISS this appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(2).
