MEMORANDUM OPINION
Before Justices Morris, Moseley, and Myers
On May 9, 2003, the Court abated the appeal due to appellee's filing of bankruptcy. On June 7, 2010, the Court sent a letter to the parties inquiring about the status of the bankruptcy proceedings. When we did not receive a response by July 26, 2010, we sent a second letter inquiring about the status of the bankruptcy proceedings. Our July 26 letter warned that failure to respond would result in dismissal of the appeal without further notice. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(c). To date, none of the parties have responded to our letters. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal.
