MEMORANDUM OPINION
Before Justices Morris, FitzGerald, and Lang-Miers
Opinion by Justice FitzGerald

Before the Court is relator's petition for writ of mandamus against Regional Administrative Judge John Ovard. Relator complains that Judge Ovard failed to hold a hearing on its motion to recuse the trial court judge. The facts and issues are well known to the parties, so we need not recount them herein. This Court does not have jurisdiction to vacate Judge Ovard's order denying relator's motion to recuse. See Tex. Gov't Code Ann. § 22.221 (Vernon 2004). Accordingly, we DISMISS relator's petition for writ of mandamus for want of jurisdiction.
