MEMORANDUM OPINION
Before Justices Morris, O'Neill, and Fillmore
By letter dated October 27, 2009, the Court notified appellant that she had not paid the $175 filing fee for the appeal. We directed appellant to pay the filing fee within ten days. We further warned appellant that failure to comply would result in dismissal of the appeal. To date, appellant has neither paid the filing fee nor otherwise communicated with the Court regarding the appeal. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal.  See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(c).
