MEMORANDUM OPINION
Before Justices Morris, Bridges, and Murphy
        The Court has before it appellants' October 16, 2009 motion to dismiss their appeal. In the motion, appellants state the trial court granted their emergency motion for rehearing and reconsideration on defendants' motion for new trial, and they now wish to dismiss the appeal in its entirety. We grant the motion and dismiss the appeal.  See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1.
