V.
JOY SUNDAY, Appellee

On Appeal from the 256th Judicial District Court

Trial Court Cause No. 03-08614

MEMORANDUM OPINION
Before Chief Justice Thomas and Justices O'Neill and Murphy
Appellant filed a notice of appeal on August 3, 2009. The envelope attached to the notice of appeal shows appellant's address to be “5000 Lodestone Way, #K, Baltimore, MD 21206.” Appellant did not pay the $175 filing fee for the appeal and his notice of appeal is deficient. This Court sent correspondence to appellant at the address he provided on August 13, 2009, August 19, 2009, and August 24, 2009. The correspondence dated August 13 and August 19, 2009 was returned to this Court with the notation “moved left no address.” To date, appellant has not paid the filing fee for the appeal nor has he otherwise communicated with the Court or notified us of a current address. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3.
