STEVE FOBBS, Appellant
V.
THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee
.............................................................
On Appeal from the Criminal District Court No. 2
Dallas County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. F07-52919-I

MEMORANDUM OPINION
Before Justices Moseley, O'Neill, and Murphy
Steve Fobbs pleaded guilty to sexual assault. Pursuant to a plea agreement, the trial court deferred adjudicating appellant's guilt, placed appellant on five years' community supervision, and assessed a $2000 fine. Appellant waived his right to appeal in conjunction with the plea agreement, see Blanco v. State, 18 S.W.3d 218 (Tex. Crim. App. 2000), and the trial court's rule 25.(d) certification reflects that waiver. See Dears v. State, 154 S.W.3d 610, 614-15 (Tex. Crim. App. 2005). Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal for want of jurisdiction.
