REDDIE HOUSTON, Appellant
V.
THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee
.............................................................
On Appeal from the 199th Judicial District Court
Collin County, Texas
Trial Court Cause Nos. 199-80964-92, 199-80965-92
.............................................................
MEMORANDUM OPINION
Before Justices Moseley, Lang, and Mazzant
Reddie Houston was convicted of aggravated sexual assault of a child and indecency with a child. On April 12, 1993, the trial court assessed punishment at ten years' imprisonment in the aggravated sexual assault case and ten years' imprisonment, probated for ten years, in the indecency with a child case. Appellant's May 21, 2007 notices of appeal are untimely as to the April 12, 1993 sentencing date. See Tex. R. App. P. 26.2(a); Slaton v. State, 981 S.W.2d 208, 210 (Tex. Crim. App. 1998) (per curiam); Boyd v. State, 971 S.W.2d 603, 605-06 (Tex. App.-Dallas 1998, no pet.).
We dismiss the appeals for want of jurisdiction.
