JAMES ALLEN HUDSON, Appellant
V.
THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee
..............................................................
On Appeal from the 282nd District Court
Dallas County, Texas
Trial Court Cause Nos. F91-29939-RS, F91-34300-MS, F91-43837-KS

OPINION PER CURIAM
Before Justices Thomas, Chapman, and Rosenberg
James Allen Hudson appeals his convictions for attempted burglary, theft of property, and burglary of a habitation. Punishment was assessed at twenty-five years' confinement in the attempted burglary case, twenty years' confinement and a fine of $500 in the theft of property case, and twenty-five years' confinement in the burglary of a habitation case. The judgment also requires appellant to pay $500 in restitution in the attempted burglary case and $2000 in restitution in the burglary of a habitation case.
Appellant's attorney filed a brief in which he concludes that the appeals are wholly frivolous and without merit. The brief meets the requirements of Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967). The brief presents a professional evaluation of the record in each case showing why, in effect, there are no arguable grounds to advance. See High v. State, 573 S.W.2d 807 (Tex. Crim. App. 1978). Counsel delivered a copy of the brief to appellant. We advised appellant he has a right to file a pro se brief. Appellant did not file a pro se brief.
We have reviewed the record and counsel's brief in each case. We agree the appeals are frivolous and without merit. We find nothing in the record that might arguably support the appeals.
We affirm the trial court's judgments.
