In the motion, Appellants state that Appellees, who are the plaintiffs below, have nonsuited their claims against Appellants in the underlying case. Appellants request that this court lift the stay previously entered in this case and dismiss this appeal, “as both are moot.” In accordance with Appellants’ request, we dismiss this appeal. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a)(1). The motion to dismiss is granted, and the appeal is dismissed. Additionally, the stay issued by this court on September 15, 2017, is hereby dissolved.
