MEMORANDUM OPINION
Pending before the Court is Glen Seipel s motion to dismiss this appeal pursuant to Tex.R.App.P. 42.1(a)(1). No other party has objected to the motion or given any indication that dismissal will prevent a party from seeking relief to which it would otherwise be entitled. Accordingly, We grant the motion and dismiss the appeal. Costs on appeal are assessed against Appellant. See Tex.R.App.P. 42.1(d)(absent agreement of the parties, the court will tax costs against the appellant).
