MEMORANDUM OPINION DISMISSING APPEAL

On September 30, 2003, this Court gave notice to appellant that we intended to dismiss his appeal, as neither appellant=s brief nor motion for extension of time had been filed, and it therefore appeared he no longer wished to pursue an appeal. Appellant has not responded. Appellant=s brief was due September 24, 2003, after appellant received one extension of time to that date. Therefore, pursuant to Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(a)(1) and 42.3(b), the case is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution.
