IN THE SUPREME COURT OF PENNSYLVANIA MIDDLE DISTRICT IN RE: 20TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT DECLARATION OF JUDICIAL EMERGENCY (HUNTINGDON) : No. 33 MM 2020 : : ORDER PER CURIAM AND NOW, this 7th day of December, 2021, the Petition for Renewed Declaration of Judicial Emergency is GRANTED, thus permitting the President Judge of the Court of Common Pleas of Huntingdon County to declare a judicial emergency from December 6, 2021, through December 10, 2021. The President Judge of the Court of Common Pleas of Huntingdon County is specifically permitted to extend the local declaration of judicial emergency in his judicial district through December 17, 2021, if the President Judge determines that local conditions continue to warrant ameliorative steps with respect to the operation of the 20th Judicial District. In addition to the types of notice specified in the instant Petition, the President Judge of the Court of Common Pleas of Huntingdon County is ORDERED to post the instant Petition, this Court’s order, and any related administrative order entered by the President Judge on the doorways of any magisterial district court that is affected by this declaration of judicial emergency.
