FICK, : Respondent : No. 2010 Disciplinary Docket No. 3 No. 132 DB 2012 Attorney Registration No. 39053 (Lackawanna County) ORDER PER CURIAM: AND NOW, this 31 st day of March, 2014, upon consideration of the Report and Recommendations of the Disciplinary Board dated November 4, 2013, it is hereby ORDERED that Nicholas E. Fick is suspended from the Bar of this Commonwealth for a period of eighteen months and he shall comply with all the provisions of Rule 217, Pa.R.D.E. It is further ORDERED that respondent shall pay costs to the Disciplinary Board pursuant to Rule 208(g), Pa.R.D.E. Mr. Justice Baer and Mr. Justice Stevens dissent and would impose a suspension for a period of three years due to respondent s prior disciplinary history. See ODC v. Quinn, No. 2008 Disciplinary Docket No. 3(Pa. March 31, 2014)(Baer and Stevens, JJ., dissenting) (opining that recidivist disciplinary offenders should receive more severe sanctions).
