[J-204-2000] IN THE SUPREME COURT OF PENNSYLVANIA EASTERN DISTRICT COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA, : : Appellee : : : v. : : : WILLIE CLAYTON, : : Appellant : : : : : No. 175 CAP Appeal from the Order of the Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division of Philadelphia County, entered April 13, 1999 at Nos. 1620-23 February Term 1982 and 2794-96 November Term 1984 denying PCRA relief SUBMITTED: November 14, 2000 CONCURRING OPINION MR. JUSTICE NIGRO DECIDED: December 31, 2002 I concur in the result only. I write separately to note my disagreement with the majority's conclusion that all of Appellant's claims are waived. See Commonwealth v. Jones, 227 CAP (Nigro, J., concurring); Commonwealth v. Bracey, 795 A.2d 935, 941-948 (Pa. 2001). However, because I find that those issues that I would not deem waived are without merit, I am able to concur in the result reached by the majority.
