Plaintiff filed its Complaint on November 17, 2014, requesting property tax exemption. In its Stipulation of Facts and Defendant’s letter, dated February 5, 2015, Defendant agreed that its letter dated August 19, 2014, denying Plaintiff’s application for property tax exemption for tax year 2013-14 “was in error,” and stated that Defendant approved Plaintiff’s “application for 2014/15.” Because the parties are in agreement, the case is ready for decision.
