IN THE OREGON TAX COURT MAGISTRATE DIVISION Property Tax THE VILLAGE AT GRESHAM LLC, Plaintiff, v. MULTNOMAH COUNTY ASSESSOR, Defendant. ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) TC-MD 100761B DECISION OF DISMISSAL Plaintiff filed its appeal in this matter on May 10, 2010.
