Notice Concerning Automatic License Revocation
for Failure to Pay Renewal Dues

Each of the persons named in the attached Exhibit failed to pay renewal dues to the Administrative Office of the Courts by the close of business on October 31, 2007.

The license or certificate of each such person was automatically revoked, without further action of the Supreme Court or the Oklahoma Board of Examiners of Official Shorthand Reporters, effective November 1, 2007, pursuant to Rule 3 of the Rules Governing Disciplinary Proceedings of the State Board of Examiners (20 O.S. Chapter 20, Appendix 2, Rule 3).

Therefore, under authority of Article 7, Section 6 of the Oklahoma Constitution and Section 1501 of Title 20 of the Oklahoma Statutes, the Supreme Court gives notice that a person whose license or certificate has been revoked may not engage in shorthand reporting in this state. Section 1503(E) of Title 20 of the Oklahoma Statutes.

Reinstatement of a court reporter whose license has been revoked is controlled by Rule 9 of the Rules Governing Disciplinary Proceedings of the State Board of Examiners. See, 20 O.S. Chapter 20, Appendix 2, Rule 3.

The Administrative Office of the Courts is directed to mail a copy of this notice to each person named in Exhibit A at the last known address of the person provided to the Board, the Secretary of the Board, or the Administrative Office of the Courts.
