THE SUPREME COURT OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA

In re Amendment to Rule 1.21 of the Rules of the Oklahoma Supreme Court.

¶0 ORDER AMENDING RULE 1.21 OF THE OKLAHOMA SUPREME COURT RULES

¶1 Rule 1.21 of the Rules of the Oklahoma Supreme Court, 12 O.S.2001 Ch. 15, App., shall be amended to state as follows.

Rule 1.21 COMPUTATION OF TIME FOR COMMENCEMENT OF APPEAL
(a) District Court Appeals.

¶2 The amendments to Rule 1.21 made by this Order shall become effective thirty (30) days after this Order is filed with the Clerk of this Court. This Order shall be published three times in the Oklahoma Bar Journal.

¶3 DONE BY ORDER OF THE SUPREME COURT IN CONFERENCE THIS 16th DAY OF DECEMBER, 2002.
