Supreme Court of Oklahoma

For Publication in OBJ only

In the Matter of the Reinstatement of RAY R. FULP, JR., to Active Membership in the Oklahoma Bar Association and to the Roll of Attorneys.

ORDER

¶1 After de novo review of the record it is determined that the applicant's initial failure to disclose his unauthorized practice of law during the period of his suspension is not consistent with the high standards of practice expected of a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association. See Rule 11.4, Rules Governing Disciplinary Proceedings. For this reason the application of Ray R. Fulp, Jr., for reinstatement to active membership in the Oklahoma Bar Association and to the Roll of Attorneys is denied.

¶2 The applicant is required to pay the costs of this proceeding in the amount of $609.87 within thirty days of the date hereof.

¶3 DONE BY ORDER OF THE SUPREME COURT IN CONFERENCE THIS 29th DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1997.
