[293 P.2d 552] Action by Rayford Morris, plaintiff, against Paul Wise and Albert General McFarland, defendants, to recover damages for personal injuries. From an order of the trial court sustaining the separate demurrer of Paul Wise, and dismissing the action, plaintiff appeals. Affirmed.
