Record examined. The action of the lower court in awarding injunction in favor of the defendant in error, and in refusing injunction in favor of plaintiffs in error is affirmed.

Appeal from District Court, Oklahoma County; Harve L. Melton, T. G. Chambers, and Lucius Babcock, Judges.

Action by Walter H. Gant and others against Oklahoma City et al. Judgment for defendants, and plaintiffs appeal. Affirmed.

City of Oklahoma City et al., Defendants in Error, No. 21798, this day decided, 150 Okla. 86, P. , the difference being that the locality is slightly different, but the wells are in the corporate limits of the city of Oklahoma City, and are subject to the same regulations.
