The judgment of the trial court in this cause is reversed and the cause remanded on account of failure of the defendant in error to file brief.

Appeal from District Court, Kay County; Claude Duval, Judge.

Actions by the Frick-Reid Supply Company and the Continental Supply Company against H. N. Andrews, county treasurer. From the judgment of the trial court in favor of defendant, plaintiffs appeal. Reversed and remanded.
