[Cite as In re M.H., 2011-Ohio-491.] IN THE COURT OF APPEALS OF OHIO SIXTH APPELLATE DISTRICT LUCAS COUNTY In the Matter of: M.H., M.H., R.G. Court of Appeals No. L-10-1220 Trial Court Nos. JC 08189374 JC 10201749 DECISION AND JUDGMENT Decided: February 4, 2011 ***** Tim A. Dugan, for appellant. Julie C. Taylor, for appellee. ***** HANDWORK, J. {¶ 1} This is an appeal from a judgment of the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas, Juvenile Division, terminating the parental rights of appellant mother, T.G. and granting permanent custody of her children, Ma.H., Mi.H. and R.G. to appellee, Lucas County Children Services ("LCCS").1 T.G. sets forth the following assignment of error: {¶ 2} "The Juvenile Court's findings that appellant's children could not be returned to her within a reasonable time were not supported by clear and convincing evidence." {¶ 3} Upon a thorough review of the record of proceedings in this case, research of the relevant law, and the application of that law to the facts of this case, we find that the well-reasoned decision of the Honorable Denise Navarre Cubbon contains an accurate summary of that evidence and the proper application of that law and, therefore, adopt her analysis and findings as our own. See Appendix A. {¶ 4} Accordingly, appellant's sole assignment of error is found not well-taken. The judgment of the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas, Juvenile Division, is affirmed. Appellant is ordered to pay the costs of this appeal pursuant to App.R. 24(A). JUDGMENT AFFIRMED. 1 The father of Ma.H. indicated that he thought it would be best if his child be placed in the permanent custody of LCCS. The identity of Mi.H.'s father was never ascertained. Although represented by counsel, the putative father of R.G. did not appear at the permanent custody hearing. None of these men appealed the trial court's decision. 2. In re: M.H. C.A.
