Talbert Appellant Court of Appeals No. L-09-1017 Trial Court No. CI 08-4782 v. Snelling Services LLC, et al. Appellees DECISION AND JUDGMENT Decided: September 30, 2009 ***** C. Gary Wilson, for appellant. Richard Cordray, Ohio Attorney General, and Eric A. Baum, Managing Attorney, for appellee Director, Ohio Department of Job and Family Services. ***** HANDWORK, P.J. {¶ 1} In this appeal from a judgment of the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas, appellant, Troy D. Talbert, insists that the court below committed the following error: {¶ 2} "The decision of the Unemployment Compensation Review Commission of May 20, 2008, disallowing claimant's Request for Review was unlawful, unreasonable, or against the manifest weight of the evidence, as evidenced at Transcript page 18-19, 21, and Employers' Exhibits which fail to require utilization of the employers' computer system to log calls." {¶ 3} This court has fully and carefully reviewed the record and the applicable case law and finds that the December 19, 2008 opinion and judgment entry of the Honorable James D. Jensen is an appropriate and lawfully correct discussion of the facts and law involved in this case. Accordingly, we adopt the trial court's well-reasoned decision as our own. See Appendix A. {¶ 4} Appellant's sole assignment of error is found not well-taken. The judgment of the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas is affirmed. Appellant is ordered to pay the costs of this appeal. JUDGMENT AFFIRMED. A certified copy of this entry shall constitute the mandate pursuant to App.R. 27. See, also, 6th Dist.Loc.App.R. 4. Peter M.
