Skow, pro se. ***** SINGER, J. {¶1} On February 18, 2004, in response to a petition of relator, Gregory T. Howard, for a writ of procedendo and/or mandamus, we issued an alternative writ to respondent, Lucas County Common Pleas Judge William Skow. Relator sought a writ ordering respondent to rule on several unresolved "motions/pleadings and proposed orders" in case number CI-03-2488, captioned Gregory Howard v. Industrial Commission of Ohio, et al. In our alternative writ, we ordered respondent to "either do the act requested by relator in his petition or show cause why he does not do so." {¶2} On March 3, 2004, respondent issued an opinion and judgment entry, disposing of all outstanding motions and claims in case number CI-03-2488. As respondent has now complied with the alternative writ, relator's petition is now moot. State ex rel., Howard v. Doneghy (Feb. 9, 2004) 6th Dist. App. No. L-03-1344. {¶3} Relator's motions for the issuance of a peremptory writ and for summary judgment are not well-taken and are, hereby, denied. Costs to relator. WRIT MOOT. Richard W.
