Borchert ENTRY OF DISMISSAL {¶ 1} On September 8, 2008, plaintiff, Alonzo White, filed a complaint against defendant, Ohio Judicial Center. A review of plaintiff s complaint reveals he was seeking damages as the result of an assault committed by another inmate. On September 22, 2008, this court issued an entry dismissing the Ohio Judicial Center as defendant and requiring plaintiff to submit an amended complaint which names an appropriate state entity as defendant on or before October 22, 2008, or face dismissal of his case. {¶ 2} On October 17, 2008, plaintiff filed an amended complaint naming Jeremiah Miles, an inmate, as defendant. Mr. Miles is not the appropriate party to sue in the Court of Claims which jurisdiction is limited to claims against the state. Accordingly, plaintiff s case is DISMISSED without prejudice.
