ENTRY OF DISMISSAL UNKNOWN Defendant {¶1} On April 2, 2007, plaintiff filed a complaint naming Dayton Montgomery County Sheriff s Office as defendant. On April 3, 2007, this court issued an entry dismissing Montgomery County Sheriff s Office as defendant and requiring plaintiff to submit an amended complaint naming a state agency or instrumentality as defendant or face dismissal of his case. {¶2} On April 18, 2007, plaintiff filed an amended complaint naming the State of Ohio as defendant, but a review of the pleadings reveals his law suit is against the Montgomery County Jail. The Montgomery County Jail is not a state entity. Accordingly, plaintiff s complaint is dismissed without prejudice.
