Borchert v. ENTRY OF DISMISSAL OHIO DOT. DIST.6 Defendant {ΒΆ1} On January 17, 2007, plaintiff entity filed a complaint in this court. Plaintiff did not submit the filing fee nor was plaintiff entity represented by an attorney. On February 8, 2007, this court issued an entry ordering plaintiff entity to retain counsel to proceed with this claim, file a notice of appearance, an amended complaint and submit the filing fee to this court or face dismissal of this case. Plaintiff entity has not complied with this court s order. Therefore, plaintiff entity s case is DISMISSED, without prejudice, pursuant to Civ. R. 41. The court shall absorb the costs of this case.
