However, plaintiff failed to submit the filing fee or a poverty statement with the complaint. On April 2, 2005, and again on June 22, 2005, plaintiff was sent notices requiring him to submit the filing fee or a poverty statement. Plaintiff did not comply with these notices. On September 15, 2005, this court issued an entry ordering plaintiff to submit the filing fee or a poverty statement within 30 days or face dismissal of his case. A check of the docket reveals plaintiff has failed to comply with this court s entry. {¶ 2} Accordingly, prejudice. plaintiff s case is DISMISSED without The court shall absorb the court costs of this case.
