Failure to comply with the court s order within 30 days would result in the dismissal of this case. {¶ 2} Upon review, plaintiff has failed to comply with this court s order. Accordingly, plaintiff s case is DISMISSED without prejudice pursuant to Civ. R. 41. The court shall absorb the court costs of this case.
