Plaintiff has failed to comply with the court order. On March 16, 2005, defendant filed a motion to dismiss based on plaintiff s failure to submit the filing fee or poverty statement. Defendant s motion to dismiss is GRANTED. Plaintiff s action is DISMISSED, without prejudice, pursuant to Civ.R. 41(B)(1). The court shall absorb the costs of this case.
