The notice in pertinent part stated: You must submit the filing fee, by check or money order, or you must provide the court with a poverty affidavit with supporting documentation from the institution s cashier. {¶2} You case may be dismissed unless you pay the required filing fee or file an affidavit of indigency on August 14, 2003. Plaintiff has failed to comply with this notice. Therefore, plaintiff s action is DISMISSED without prejudice, pursuant to Civ. R. 41(B)(1). The court shall absorb the costs of this case.
