2011-2085 W CR.
The People of the State of New York, Respondent,
against
Rashad Jessamy, Appellant.
Appeal from a judgment of the City Court of Yonkers, Westchester County (Michael A. Martinelli, J.), rendered June 30, 2011. The judgment convicted defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree.
ORDERED that the judgment of conviction is affirmed.
We have reviewed the record and agree with defendant's assigned counsel that there are no nonfrivolous issues which could be raised on appeal. Counsel's application for leave to withdraw as counsel is granted (see Anders v California, 386 US 738 [1967]; People v Blasi, 76 AD3d 550 [2010]; People v Paige, 54 AD2d 631 [1976]; cf.
