The People of the State of New York, Respondent,

against

Bakhrom Talipov, Appellant.

Appeal from a judgment of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Kings County (Miriam Cyrulnik, J.), rendered April 13, 2009. The judgment convicted defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree.

ORDERED that the judgment of conviction is affirmed.
