Appeal from a judgment of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Kings County (John H. Wilson, J.), rendered April 14, 2010. The judgment convicted defendant, upon her plea of guilty, of petit larceny.


ORDERED that the judgment of conviction is affirmed.
