against

Lamont Jones and Melissa Moore, Appellants.

ORDERED that the final judgment is affirmed, without costs.

After a nonjury trial in this nonpayment summary proceeding, the District Court awarded landlord possession and the principal sum of $2,300. Upon a review of the record, we find no basis to disturb the District Court's determination. Accordingly, the final judgment is affirmed.
