Appeal from a judgment of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Queens County
(Mary R. O'Donoghue, J.), rendered March 29, 2007. The judgment convicted defendant, upon
his plea of guilty, of assault in the third degree.
ORDERED that the judgment of conviction is affirmed.
We have reviewed the record and agree with defendant's assigned counsel that there are no nonfrivolous issues which could be raised on appeal.
