Appeal by defendants from a small claims judgment of the District Court, Suffolk County (P. Hensley, J.), entered October 31, 2002, awarding plaintiff the principal sum of $220.75.


Judgment unanimously affirmed without costs.

In this small claims action seeking to recover the balance due plaintiff for the rental of her time share unit, the court awarded plaintiff the principal sum of $220.75.
